This Services Package Includes:

• Complimentary Initial Consultation
• Create the Wedding Timeline & Schedule
• 10 days prior to the wedding day, Bride, Groom and Consultant will meet to finalize and approve the Wedding Week Schedule & Details
• Coordinator will contact all vendors to review & confirm receipt of the vendor schedule
• Work with the Bride and Groom on procession, recession order and important family seating
• Your Consultant will be present at your wedding ceremony rehearsal to assist and/or conduct the ceremony rehearsal
• A Wedding Party Itinerary distributed at the rehearsal reflecting highlights of the wedding day

• Placement of all table favors, guest book, place cards and other ceremony and reception special details as directed
• Manage and direct the Setup & Design of the Ceremony and Reception
• Orchestrate the events at the reception, including but not limited to, the wedding party introductions, first dance, band or DJ instructions, cake cutting
• Your Consultant will remain on site until the end of the reception to ensure that personal items: toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife and server, picture frames, cards and gifts, etc. are secured with designated person
• A final walk through is conducted with vendors
