Each year top professionals from the events industry meet to share ideas and creativity at The Special Event Show. This year I traveled to sunny San Diego, California to attend. It was inspiring to network with top industry experts about their businesses and how they are adapting to the current market.
It wasn’t all business, the always much anticipated Wedding Luncheon was amazing with Carley Roney from The Knot speaking. I came back with soooo many ideas.

It was great to see friends I haven’t talked to in a while like Sasha Souza, Bill Whiddon from Ice Magic, Sean DeFreitas, Marvellous Mark among many others.
The restaurants! Brett of Brett Culp Films (formerly CVP Experience)and Andy Kushner of Sound Connection and I enjoyed a 9 course meal from Nobu a popular hotspot. Brett is in food heaven!
