Consultant to create a Wedding Design Board, specifically for the Couple
Consultant will attend two vendor meetings with Couple: floral/design, linen, menu tasting, etc.
Assist with Creative Design and Layout of Reception Space
Design of Tablescape: Floral, Table Setting, Linen, Chairs, and Overall Table Feel
Work with the Bride and Groom on procession, recession order and important family seating

10 days prior to the wedding day, Bride, Groom and Consultant will meet to finalize and approve the Wedding Week Schedule
Coordinator will contact all vendors to review & confirm receipt of the vendor schedule
Your Consultant will be present at your wedding ceremony rehearsal to assist and/or conduct the ceremony rehearsal
A Wedding Party Itinerary distributed at the rehearsal reflecting highlights of the wedding day
Our team will place all table favors, guest book, place cards and other ceremony and reception items as directed
We will ensure that all centerpieces, décor, lighting and other special features are set and ready for guest arrival
We will assist in orchestrating the events at the reception including, but not limited to, the wedding party introductions, first dance, band or DJ instructions, cake cutting
Your Consultant will remain on site until the end of the reception to ensure that personal items; toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife and server, picture frames, cards and gifts are properly secured with designated person
