Well I’ve been delving into those activities honeymooners in Italia are most interested in…. other than THAT one…
Most popular are:
Museums and really old places
These are obvious, but not so obvious are
Bike Tours (not for the faint hearted)
Cooking classes (A huge hit, see pictures attached that will make you laugh, particularly if you know me well)
Small vineyard and winery tours (The terminology learned will make you feel very smart at a party; “This wine has long legs”, “this round taste has got to be a 2006 Riserva” )
Olive oil processing tours (make your next dinner party a bit more fun)
Paper making classes (Florentines are famous for their paper)
Gelato making classes! (My personal favorite)
These activities/classes are filled with newlyweds on honeymoon!
I had especially excellent luck finding cooking classses and wine tours from
Steve our tour guide was awesome! I actually learned something this time around.
Enjoyable bike tour from
Keith and Andy are a hoot and the sunflowers were spectacular!
Well that is it for now…onto to city # 3
